To qualify, accounts must purchase the minimum quantity of doses per vaccine group, in a minimum of 4 of the 6 groups to receive the corresponding Rebate. Rebate amounts will be calculated using the total amount spent on all vaccines in each group. Vaccine types associated within each group can be mixed & matched for the respective group, but can not be mixed with other groups to achieve the maximum quantity. 4 Segments = 10% Rebate, 5 Segments = 12.5% Rebate, 6 Segments = 15% Rebate. Account must purchase the minimum # of doses within Segment to achieve. Rebate will be based upon cumulative orders during the promotional period. See PDF for segment, minimum purchase doses to achieve segment, and segment eligible SKU's. Rebate will be paid from Zoetis. Rebate will be received by March 7, 2025.
